Beef and sheep farm sales in Canterbury have had a strong start to the year, says a local real estate expert.
Bayley's Real Estate Canterbury's Ben Turner told Rural Today's Dominic George while the region would like some rain, there has been positive activity in the market, with a shortage of beef and sheep farm listings.
He said there was also some movement in dairy farm sales.
