Technology is helping keep the wheels turning in the real estate sector as COVID-19 restrictions continue.
Bayleys Waikato general manager Mark Dawe told Rural Today virtual viewings and walk-throughs had been working well with positive feedback.
However he said he believed post COVID-19, there would be a mix of the virtual and more traditional methods.
"A lot of us greatly appreciate the value of that face to face contact," said Dawe.
