More farmers are starting to see the benefits of growing maize, says Craig Maxwell, regional manager of Pioneer Seeds.
"Maize on farm is obviously something a lot of farmers actually embrace, and principally because they manage their costs of feed," Maxwell told Rural Exchange.
"Maize on farm works very, very well and it certainly helps in supporting pasture renovation as well.
"It fits into the system well, the timing works well and it's there on farm when you need it."
