The rural property market is "very strong" compared to this time last year, says Conrad Wilkshire, Property Brokers' general manager of rural.
Wilkshire spoke to Rural Exchange to give an update on the rural property market.
He said there was a lot of investment coming into the market, which was pushing confidence up.
"COVID ruled a big line under that too, and the contribution to international exports, our competitive positioning on the world stage, and the underlying returns year on year - in dairy in particular, but across the board - have really helped reset the confidence as we start to conclude this current season."
