Today marks one year until the start of the Olympic Games in Rio de Janiero.
It'll be the first time a South American country has hosted the Games, and already there's problems plaguing it.
Celebrated Kiwi Olympian and current International Olympic Committee member Barbara Kendall this morning joined Paul Henry to discuss whether they will be ready in time.
"There have been a few problems," says Ms Kendall. "Some of the venues may not be 100 percent ready by the time we move in, but the Olympics will go ahead and it will still be a fantastic Games."
She compares the situation to 11 years ago in Athens, where they were "still laying the concrete and laying out the fake grass when we moved in".
The Rio Games will host the biggest team New Zealand has ever sent, with over 200 athletes competing.
