New Zealand company Rocket Lab has a plan to redefine how we access space at a lower cost.
It plans on allowing smaller companies to launch satellites into space at world-first low prices - they've now signed a deal with none other than NASA that will let them tap into their resources, personnel, facilities and equipment.
The Auckland-based company is aiming to bring the cost of putting a payload in orbit down from $130 million to $5 million.
Rocket Lab founder Peter Beck this morning joined Paul Henry to discuss the groundbreaking deal.
