He spoke to Paul Henry, taking a look back at his achievements.
“We’re a very united, unified caucus. It was always going to be a tough ask. Last year’s election was a big dive.”
He admits there are still issues within the party, especially fundraising.
Since the election Labour has risen in the polls and Mr Little has risen in the preferred Prime Minister poll.
“Confidence is building. I think it’s about not being John Key. I’m relaxing into my style.”
He says his “dry” sense of humour could use some work.
