Ben Sigmund's Wellington Phoenix play Melbourne in Auckland on December 5.
They're in danger of folding because Aussie football won't give them a decent license unless they improve their entire on and off field performance.
The Phoenix current license in the A-league is due to expire at the end of this season.
If the owners Welnix, don’t take up the four-year license that's currently on offer from Aussie football bosses, the club will be wound up.
Welnix wanted a ten year license but the FFA has told them to improve membership, TV ratings, crowds and on field performance.
The fan-led "Save the Nix" campaign has been good - it drew 13,000 for a home game in mid-November but this weekend's trip to Auckland is important to prove the club is truly supported across NZ.
Tickets for tomorrow's game available from Ticketmaster.co.nz/phoenix.
