Heather du Plessis-Allan is a co-host and reporter for Story.
She cut her teeth in radio, did a stint working in television news, tried her hand in current affairs and chased MPs around Parliament.
Heather's a product of one New Zealand-raised parent and another South African-born one. She's eaten a whole mouse in Malawi, given herself static electric shocks in Antarctica, and bruised her shoulder camera equipment around the tube during the 2012 London Olympics – all in the name of making television.
