British Labour MP Jo Cox has died after being shot and stabbed multiple times after a constituency meeting in West Yorkshire.
It’s been reported she tried to intervene in a scuffle between two men. Cox was campaigning for Britain to remain in the EU.
An eyewitness said a man called out “Britain First” as he attacked her, then calmly walked away.
A 52‐year‐old man’s been arrested.
Singer Cliff Richard has been cleared of sex abuse allegations. The Crown Prosecution Service say there is ‘insufficient evidence to prosecute’.
Four men claimed offences took place between 1958 and 1983. He’s finally spoken publically about it, saying he’s thrilled to be cleared but his case was fumbled from day one, he was hung out like live bait and doesn’t understand why it’s taken so long for him to be cleared.
The accusations were made in 2014.
