After the devastating Christchurch terror attack was live-streamed on Facebook last week, the social media giant is facing mounting international pressure to enforce tighter content regulation.
However tech commentator Paul Brislen says Facebook will never regulate itself, so it's up to government's and everyday users to hold them to account.
