Chlöe Swarbrick is well-known to most New Zealanders after her run for the Auckland Mayoralty in 2016 and entering parliament as a Green MP in 2017.
However her past, while less well-known, is just as interesting. She spent part of her childhood in Papua New Guinea, has three parents, a law degree, started a cafe and cut her teeth in journalism at independent radio station 95bFM.
