Women may be more likely to develop heart disease if they eat dinner later in the evening.
New research by Columbia University found women who ate after 6pm every night were more likely to have blood sugar issues, high blood pressure and a higher BMI.
Similar studies done on men also show they too have a higher chance of developing heart disease when eating late at night.
