Every week in New Zealand three families hear the devastating news their child has cancer. Chemotherapy means some of these kids have to face the world with no hair.
Today is Wig Wednesday, a day that is just for spreading the word about what some Kiwi kids are going through and to raise money for the Child Cancer Foundation and the incredible work they do.
Earlier this year we met the beautiful Mya who was diagnosed with Burkitt's lymphoma just days after her fifth birthday.
She spoke to The AM Show alongside Child Cancer Foundation family support coordinator Franziska Poschl.
