USA Sevens have shared a video breaking down the history of the All Blacks Haka throughout the years.
In a clip that is sure to give you goosebumps, the video runs through different Haka's from 1922 to 2014.
From performing the pre-game ritual along the sideline, to actually facing up to opponents, it's cool to see just how much the Haka has changed over the years.
Also included is Kapa O Pango, a new Haka the All Blacks first rolled out in 2005 in a Test match against South Africa at Carisbrook.
