Kiwi fighter Mark Hunt and massive Brazilian Antonio 'Bigfoot' Silva look set to face off in a highly anticipated rematch at UFC 193 in Melbourne on November 15.
The fight is yet to be confirmed by UFC, but is being reported by multiple sources.
Hunt and Silva fought to a bloody five-round draw in Brisbane two years ago in what is widely considered the greatest heavyweight fight in UFC history.
However, some of the gloss was taken off that contest when Silva later tested positive for elevated levels of testosterone.
Both fighters have had mixed results since then. Hunt followed up the Bigfoot fight with a knockout of Roy Nelson in Japan, before back-to-back defeats to Fabricio Werdum and Stipe Miocic.
After serving a nine-month suspension, Silva suffered first-round KO losses to Andrei Arlovski and Frank Mir, before rebounding with a win over Hunt's training partner Soa Palelei in Brazil last month.
The pair will likely fill the co-main event slot on the UFC 193 card, with the main event already locked in as a welterweight title fight between champion Robbie Lawler and Carlos Condit.
A rumoured fight between New Zealand-born middleweight Robert Whittaker and perennial contender Michael Bisping has also been linked with the Melbourne event.
The UFC is yet to finalise a venue for the event, with both Rod Laver Arena and the much larger Etihad Stadium on hold for the promotion's debut in Victoria.
