Australian lock Kane Douglas' RWC Final came to an end after only 18 minutes as he was forced from the game with a brutal leg injury.
The 26-year-old leaped to secure a restart after a Bernard Foley penalty and landed in ungainly fashion, his leg twisting awkwardly as he went to ground.
Dean Mumm took the field as his replacement.
