After watching Tyson Fury claim the world heavyweight title from Wladimir Klitschko, Joseph Parker reckons he's ready for a shot at a championship belt.
Parker sparred with now former champion Klitschko earlier this year, and was reportedly invited to train with Fury.
But now the towering Brit has the belts, Parker says he'll be keeping his skills under wraps
"Those days are gone and we wouldn't want to go into camp with Tyson Fury and show off what we have. We have our goals and we're aiming to achieve them and that's to become world champion one day and I'd love the opportunity to fight Tyson Fury one day," Parker said.
Parker will take on American Daniel Martz in Hamilton on Saturday.
