The Black Caps surprised youngsters at Cornwall Cricket Club when they turned up for an impromptu training session.
The kids were shocked to see the likes of Grant Elliot, Trent Boult, Corey Anderson, Mitchell Santner and Adam Milne walk into their net session, offering tips and signing autographs.
Two Cornwall youngsters were then nominated as captains and selected the teams, splitting up the Black Caps for a quick game of football.
Playing with classic backyard rules of one hand one bounce and running on every hit, the two teams got stuck into a game that came right down to the wire with Santner at the crease.
