Disgraced rugby league player Mitchell Pearce has denied taking drugs and urinating on himself on the night where he was filmed simulating a lewd sex act with a dog.

The Sydney Roosters captain has just returned from a month at a rehabilitation centre in Thailand determined to get his life back on track.

It's been reported that images of alleged text messages including the term "liney lineys", slang for a powdered drug, have been revealed in regards to the Roosters' Australia Day activities.

It's also alleged that Pearce urinated on himself but he's adamant that's not true in an interview with Alan Jones on 2GB.

"Were you affected by drugs that night?" Jones asked.

"No," Pearce replied.

"Did you urinate in the apartment?"

"No," Pearce repeated.

Pearce is expected to be suspended by the Roosters for the first six weeks of the NRL season and fined $AUD50,000 dollars.
