Athletics New Zealand will take a four-strong team to the 2016 IAAF World Indoor Championships in the United States.
The team includes New Zealand's premier shot putters in Valerie Adams, Tom Walsh and Jacko Gill, while Nick Willis will compete in the 1500m.
Adams is the most experienced in the indoor format since her 2004 debut, having competed in five previous world and winning three gold medals and one silver.
Walsh competed in his one and only world indoor champs in 2014, picking up a bronze medal to solidify his stance as an emerging talent in the sport.
Willis hasn't fared so well at the indoor champs he attended in 2008 and 2014 after he was disqualified both times for stepping off the track.
Gill is the team's newcomer to this level of indoor competition.
The Championships run from March 17-20 in Portland.
The three shot putters will contest the Auckland Track Challenge at Waitakere on Thursday before competing at the national track and field championships in Dunedin on March 4-6.
Willis has been competing at indoor meetings in Boston and New York, setting a New Zealand indoor mile record of 3min 51.06sec on Sunday (NZT), and will remain overseas.
