Jarryd Hayne remains in contention for this weekend's London Sevens, according to Fiji coach Ben Ryan.
Reports out of Australia suggested Hayne had missed the final 12-man squad, yet Ryan was quick to point out the team would be named on Friday.
"Another ill informed story in Australian press. Name side on Friday - only got back into training today," Ryan said on Twitter.
Fiji needs to reach the Cup quarter-finals in London to retain their World Series title.
The table-topping Fijians have been drawn in a tough group with England, Wales and Australia.
