A group of Australians have conspired to set a new record for the world's longest basketball shot, making an outrageous basket from the top of a Swiss Dam.
Derrok Heron, Brett Stanford, and Scott Gaunson, renowned for their popular web series 'How Ridiculous', flew to the spectacular surrounds of Valias, Switzerland to make their bid for the record.
Herron managed to nail the 593-foot shot (180 metre) on just his third attempt, breaking the previous mark of 533 ft (162 metre) set earlier this year by American 'Dude Perfect'.
"It was a surreal moment," Herron told the Guiness Book of World Record.
"I watched the ball head towards the rim and saw the net move but still had my doubts that it went in until I saw Scott going crazy."
