A Scottish rugby team have been left red-faced after they were walloped 172-0.
And to rub salt in the wound, the pitying referee blew the whistle on the game 20 minutes early.
Howe of Fife's second XV, who were thumped by Blairgowrie RFC on Saturday, had also been beaten two weeks earlier 107-0.
Despite the results, the club's president insists he is proud of them.
"It was a big scoreline, but I'm very proud of the boys," Murdo Fraser said.
The Howe of Fife team had been dealt a number of problems recently, with injuries, player transfers and eight young players heading off on overseas experiences.
The result was a 12-person team, with 10 of them older than 35. It was impressive that they even got a team together, Mr Fraser said.
He has blasted the Scottish Rugby Union for focusing too much on the professional game while Scottish rugby clubs are struggling.
"There is a serious lack of player numbers in junior rugby. It is a massive issue and one that the governing body needs to look at," Mr Fraser said.
"All anyone is interested in is money. Clubs at our level lose so many players to the higher clubs where they get paid big wages.
"We find it increasingly hard to keep players but we refuse to go down the route of 'chequebook' rugby football."
