Paul Clement has been confirmed as head coach of Swansea City, signing a two-and-a-half-year deal with the club.
Clement will be Swansea's third coach this season after joining from German powerhouse Bayern Munich where he was an assistant coach.
The 44-year old is replacing Bob Brady, who had been in charge for 11 games, following Francesco Guidolin's departure in October.
The American was dismissed just before Christmas, having won only two of his 11 games.
Last season, Clement was in charge of Championship side Derby County, but was sacked in February.
Clement will be joined at Liberty Stadium by Nigel Gibbs as assistant coach and Karl Halabi as head of physical performance. Both arrive from Tottenham Hotspur.
Former Manchester United player and assistant Ryan Giggs, current Wales coach Chris Coleman and former Birmingham City manager Gaty Rowett had all been linked to the vacant job.
Swansea have struggled all season after selling leading scorer Andre Ayew to West Ham United and captain Ashley Williams to Everton.
Saturday's 3-0 home defeat by Bournemouth was their fourth successive loss, leaving them bottom of the table and four points from safety.
