Former Waikato wing Henry Speight has delivered one of the most memorable on-field interviews almost without delivering a coherent word.
After scoring for the Brumbies against the Force in their Super Rugby clash in Canberra in the 14th minute, Speight was approached in the middle of the park by Fox Sports reporter Natalia Yoannidis who tried to extract a quick interview from the winger.
After being slightly surprised at the interview, the clearly out of breath Speight left viewers and commentators completely bewildered after delivering an almost gibberish answer.
The interviewer, without a thank you or sign off, jumps off screen, demonstrating the idea that just because networks can take the viewers closer to the game, doesn't mean they should.
