Australian television sports presenter Erin Molan suffered an embarrassing moment when reading her evening bulletin.
Molan, who reads for Nine News in Sydney, was in the process of reporting on the Tour de France when she went silent.
"Sh*t," she yelled as a large thud was heard.
She composed herself and kept on reading, despite spilling water on herself as well.
"I've just fallen off my chair, now I'm all good," she said.
The presenter, who New Zealand viewers would recognise from The NRL Footy Show, then reassured the audience and her colleagues that she was fine.
"I did just fall off my chair but I'm okay, I promise."
Back on camera with co-presenter Georgie Gardner, Molan apologised to viewers.
"Apologies for that and anything that came out of my mouth… I was in a bit of shock. Apologies," she said.
