Peru head coach Ricardo Garea has named a 26-man squad for the two-legged playoff against the All Whites next month.
Star striker and captain Paolo Guerrero has been named despite being under an injury cloud, after leaving the field with an apparent hamstring while playing for Brazilian side Flamengo.
But Garea insists that Guerrero left the field for "precautionary reason and that it is not serious".
Peru will be sending three goalkeepers, eight defenders, nine midfielders and six strikers.
Their squad features 10 players who feature in the Peruvian Premiera Division, and six who have played more than 50 games for the national side.
The first leg will be played at Westpac Stadium on Saturday, November 11, with a 4:15pm kick-off, while the second leg will be played in Lima on Thursday, November16, at 3:15pm (NZ time).
