Tall Blacks coach Paul Henare is relishing the chance to focus solely on the national setup after stepping down from his role with the New Zealand Breakers.
Since leaving the NBL club, Henare's dedicating his newfound time to all levels of the game and has taken on the responsibility of youth development.
Henare's casting his net far and wide in search of future stars for both the men's and women's national teams.
