Kiwi Formula One driver Brendon Hartley has equalled his best-ever Grand Prix finish, sneaking into 10th place at the German event at Hockenheim.
Hartley started third from the back of the grid, but fought his way up the leaderboard across the 67-lap race.

With just seven laps left, he sat in ninth place, which would have been his best-ever finish, but eventually slipped back to cross in 11th position.
A 10-second penalty to Carlos Sainz Jnr meant Hartley leapfrogged him into 10th place, the same result he achieved at the Azerbaijan Grand Prix earlier this year.
"I'm happy with how today went," Hartley said after the race. "I lost some time behind the Williams at the beginning, but I had some fun battles out there.
"We definitely had good pace on the harder compound tyre, but I struggled at the end, when I moved on to the Ultrasoft tyres.
"I kept it clean, and we made the right call to brave it and stay out when the rain came.
"The team and myself had great communication during the changing conditions, and in the end, it paid off.
"I also used some of my experience from endurance racing to help make the call, so I'm really happy with the race I did and to bring home one point."
It's a huge boost for the Kiwi driver, who's been forced to retire from three of the last four Grand Prix races.
The race was won by Lewis Hamilton, who reclaimed the championship lead from Ferrari's Sebastian Vettel, who crashed.
Vettel, now 17 points behind the Mercedes driver after starting eight ahead, led from pole position, until rain caused chaos in the closing laps, with the German sliding into the barriers in front of his home fans.
Reigning world champion Hamilton took the chequered flag for a record-equalling fourth German Grand Prix win, ahead of his Finnish teammate Valtteri Bottas and Ferrari's Kimi Raikkonen.
