The Black Ferns will take on France in a two-test tour in November, NZ Rugby has confirmed.
The world champions will head to Europe to square off against the Six Nations champions in Toulon and Grenoble immediately following their historic triple-header in Chicago.
NZR Chief Rugby Officer Nigel Cass said the two tests were an exciting addition to the Black Ferns schedule in 2018.
"Women’s rugby is on a high in France following their Six Nations victory earlier this year when they played in front of large home crowds," said Cass.
"We're expecting locals will turn out in force to cheer on these two teams. It will be a tantalising couple of test matches for rugby fans."
The addition of the matches in France brings the team's test schedule to five for the year, which also includes a home-and-away series against Australia.
NZR has also confirmed that the Black Ferns will play a "game of three halves" against Bay of Plenty and Auckland at Tauranga Domain.
Admission to the match, which serves as a warm-up for their upcoming tests, will be free.
