All Blacks midfielder Anton Lienert-Brown is comfortable with his role as a 'super-sub' heading into Saturday's Rugby Championship clash with Argentina in Nelson.
Lienert-Brown can cover both second-five and centre which makes him a perfect bench option for Steve Hansen.
In total, six of his last eight test matches have been as a replacement, which keeps the 23-year-old busy at training.

It is likely to be more of the same against the Pumas at Trafalgar Park as the All Blacks are still low on midfield numbers.
Sonny Bill Williams is recovering from shoulder surgery, and Ryan Crotty is in doubt with concussion, meaning Lienert-Brown, Ngani Laumape and Jack Goodhue are the only fit midfielders.
Laumape and Goodhue are likely to continue the combination of two weeks ago when the All Blacks thumped the Wallabies 40-12 in Auckland.
If that happens, Lienert-Brown is ready to embrace the role of bringing energy off the bench.
"It is about adding a little impact," he told Newshub. "It is different, and mentally you prepare differently also.
"I don't want to go out there and do too much, but I guess when I get that chance, I want to bring lots of energy.
"You have to know both midfield roles knowing you could go into anyone. It is hard, but I'm getting used to it."
The match against Argentina is the first time a test match has been played in Nelson.
Lienert-Brown said it is a privilege visiting places the All Blacks have never been before.
"It is nice coming out and seeing the smiles on the kids' faces is awesome and very rewarding.
"It is the first time as All Blacks we've been in Nelson which is exciting for them also."
