Brooks, real name Adam Wilmot, has been a major player on the independent wrestling scene in Australian for close to a decade.
Mentored by current WWE Superstar Buddy Murphy, Brooks cites WWE legend Jeff Hardy as the catalyst for his pursuit of a pro wrestling career.
Brooks has travelled all over the world, wrestling for some of the biggest independent promoters, including Pro Wrestling Guerrilla, Ring of Honour and IPW in the United Kingdom
