Biography
Once regarded as the most talented young leg-spinner in England, Rashid has been on the fring of the national team for almost a decade, without ever establishing himself in the line-up.
In 2018, he became the first English player in 13 years to complete a test match without batting, bowling or taking a catch.
But Rashid is currently ranked in the world's top 10 ODI bowlers, primiarly on the strength of his 5/85 in a victory over West Indies earlier this year.
