Biography
In 2015, Mustafizur became the first player to win Man of the Match in both test and ODI debuts, against India and South Africa respectively.
He was named on the ICC ODI Team of the Year in 2015 and the following year, he was selected as ICC Emerging Cricketer of the Year - the first Bangladeshi player to win an international award.
Mustafizur was also named Best Athlete of the Year at the 2015 Bangladesh sports awards.
Was one of the Bangladesh players to narrowly avoid the terrorist attack at Christchurch's Al Noor Mosque in March. A week later, after returning to Bangladesh, he was married.
