In a rare sight these days, All Blacks and Crusaders first-five Richie Mo'unga has shared some positive news, revealing wife Sophie is expecting a baby girl.
Mo'unga announced the couple's first child on Instagram - the daughter expected to arrive later this year.
In the post, Mo'unga says his wife has been a "trooper" during the first half of the pregnancy.
"Halfway to meeting you, our little princess," the post says. "@sophiemounga so proud of you for being a trooper through the first half of the pregnancy.
"Not long to go #daddysgirl."
The post has been liked more than 14,000 times, with more than 200 comments congratulating the couple, including encouragement from All Blacks teammates Sam Cane, Aaron Smith and Ardie Savea.
The couple married in December.
