The NZ Warriors will play all rescheduled NRL 'home' games until at least round nine at Gosford's Central Coast Stadium.
On Tuesday, the league confirmed fixtures would be played at just six venues.
Parramatta, Canterbury Bulldogs, South Sydney, Cronulla and Sydney Roosters will call Bankwest Stadium home for the near future, while St George, Wests, Penrith and Canberra will play at Campbelltown Stadium.
Newcastle and Manly will join the Warriors at Central Coast Stadium.
On Wednesday, the NZ side will relocate from its Tamworth training base to its new headquarters in Gosford to be closer to Central Coast Stadium.
Three venues outside of New South Wales will also be used - Suncorp Stadium (Brisbane and Gold Coast), Queensland Country Bank Stadium (North Queensland) and AAMI Park (Melbourne).
Interim NRL chief executive Andrew Abdo says the strategy is designed to ensure all venues provide the safest possible environment, based on the NRL's strict biosecurity protocols.
"The competition will begin with a consolidated approach to venues," Abdo says. "Each venue requires customised infrastructure to meet our strict biosecurity requirements.
We've adopted a phased approach for venues should restrictions be eased in the future."
"We've chosen three consolidated venues for clubs in and around Sydney to ensure there are no double headers at venues, and in different parts of the region to meet the geographical challenges we face."
The official draw, to be released on Thursday, will allocate venues until round nine, but will not allocate venues beyond that.
