The NZ Warriors will welcome front-rower Lachlan Burr back into the fold when they take on the North Queensland Cowboys in Gosford on Friday.
Recovered from a head injury that saw him miss two games, the 27-year-old slots back into the No.10 jersey in the sole change to the run-on side that was soundly beaten 26-0 by the Penrith Panthers last week.
Burr's return shifts Adam Blair to the back of the scrum and Isaiah Papali'i onto an extended eight-man bench.
The Australians' addition provides some much needed depth upfront, with the likes of Jazz Tevaga and Nathaniel Roache still sidelined with injury.
The rest of the bench is unchanged from Friday, with Karl Lawton backing up Wayde Egan at hooker, alongside loan player Poasa Faamausili, Jack Murchie, and rookie King Vuniyayawa.
Agnatius Paasi has been named to extended bench, having served his one-match ban for dangerous contact against the Dragons.
Hayze Perham will agains start in the centres with Gerard Beale, with David Fusitu'a still in self-isolation and not expected back until at least another two weeks.
Adam Pompey and Patrick Herbert remain on the wings, with star Ken Maumalo still two weeks away from a comeback from the hamstring injury that scratched him from the side last week.
Kearney has resisted any change in the halves with Blake Green and Kodi Nikorima to start at stand-off and halfback respectively, while Chanel Harris-Tavita remains outside the fray on the extended bench.
The Cowboys currently sit seventh on the NRL ladder and will be looking to bounce back from a 26-16 defeat at the hands of the Cronulla Sharks.
Meanwhile, the Warriors are mired at 14th on the back of their try-less effort against the Panthers in Campbelltown.
