All Whites striker Striker Chris Wood has gone from zero to hero, converting a stoppage-time penalty to rescue a 1-1 draw for Burnley, moments after missing a sitter in front of an unmarked goal.
Wood's 12th goal of the season saw the 'Clarets' secure an unlikely point against Wolverhampton Wanderers at Turf Moor, after Raul Jimenez's fantastic volley put the visitors ahead midway through the second half.
Minutes before scoring the equaliser, Wood was guilty of an awful miss, as his point-blank header went wide of an unmarked net.
The NZ international was in the thick of the action again, when he soared into the air for an overhead kick, but missed the ball as it struck the arm of Wolves defender Tommy Doherty and referee Mike Dean pointed to the penalty spot.
After the video referee (VAR) confirmed Dean's onfield call was correct, Wood smashed the ball into the top corner - Burnley's only shot on target in the entire match.
Wood was pleased to write the wrongs after the earlier miss.
"The boys said it was a handball and the VAR obviously agreed, so it's just about keeping your nerve and hopefully tucking it away," he says.
"I'd waited all game for one chance and I've put it wide, so it's nice to make amends for it and it's nice to get the point."
Elsewhere, champions Liverpool slumped to their third loss of the season after a 2-1 defeat to Arsenal.
The defeat ends their hopes of a record points tally for the Premier League season.
Meanwhile, Bournemoth remain in serious danger of relegation to the Championship, after a 2-1 defeat to Manchester City.
The 'Cherries' are three points from safety with two games remaining, while other teams in similar positions have a game in hand.
Tottenham Hotspur also secured victory, with Harry Kane scoring twice in a 3-1 win over Newcastle United.
