NRL 2020: Tohu Harris to lead NZ Warriors in season-closer against Manly Sea Eagles

Peta Hiku replaces Roger Tuivasa-Sheck in one of three changes to the NZ Warriors starting side for their final game of the NRL season against Manly Sea Eagles on Sunday.

After leaving Sunday's loss to Canberra Raiders with a hamstring injury, the skipper will sit on the sidelines this weekend, as Hiku slides back into a familiar fullback role.

Veteran forward Tohu Harris will claim the captaincy to cap off an exceptional 2020 campaign, joining Adam Blair as the only players to appear in all 20 games.

Patrick Herbert makes a timely return from his own hamstring issue to move onto the right wing, after a five-game absence.

The explosive Herbert had hit a rich vein of form before injury struck during a training session, scoring a double against the Sea Eagles and another try against Penrith Panthers.

Hayze Perham and Adam Keighran start in a rejigged midfield.

The only change upfront sees rookie Eliesa Katoa named to start and Jack Murchie reverting to the interchange.

Last Sunday, Katoa attempted a comeback from a hand injury, but was ruled out 24 hours before the Raiders clash.

Rookie stand-out Jamayne Taunoa-Brown also returns from a one-game suspension to take his place on the interchange.

In their last outing in early August, the Warriors prevailed 26-22 over the Sea Eagles.
