Wallabies coach Dave Rennie has named four uncapped players in his side for the opening Bledisloe Cup test against the All Blacks in Wellington on Sunday.
Flanker Harry Wilson, centre Hunter Paisami and wing Filipo Daugunu have all been named in the starting side, while NZ-born first-five Noah Lolesio is in-line to make his debut, after being named on the bench.
Lolesio was expected to be named in the starting side, but Rennie has opted to go with James O'Connor in the No. 10 jersey, in what will be his first test start at first-five since the 2013 British & Irish Lions series.
The match will be Kiwi Rennie's first test in charge of the Wallabies.
"It's a privilege for me to be able to announce the first Australian side of the year and especially to name a number of players who will wear the gold jersey for the first time," says Rennie.
"I've been impressed with how quickly the squad has come together. There's a good group of men here and the last three weeks has given us a chance to work hard and learn more about each other.
"We need to demonstrate that brotherhood and connection on Sunday."
Rennie has opted for experience in the rest of his side, in what will be captain Michael Hooper's 100th test, becoming just the 12th Wallaby to reach the milestone.
Joining Wilson and Hooper in the loose forwards is former Crusaders forward Pete Samu.
The front row sees the James Slipper at loosehead prop alongside hooker Folau Fainga'a, with Taniela Tupou at tighthead, while Matt Philip and Lukhan Salakaia-Loto will start at lock.
In the backs, experienced halfback Nic White will partner O'Connor in the halves, with Matt To'omua starting in the midfield alongside Paisami.
The Wallabies are due to complete their managed quarantine on Saturday.
