Former New Zealand international and renowned cricket commentator Simon Doull heads Magic Talk's commentary line-up for the upcoming summer.
Magic Talk frequencies and MediaWorks streaming app Rova will broadcast the entire international season on the airwaves for the first time, after securing a three-year broadcasting rights deal earlier this year.
Joining Doull in the inaugural commentary team are the previously announced Rikki Swannell and former Blackcaps coach Mike Hesson.
On Thursday, MediaWorks announced the addition of several familiar cricketing faces, including current internationals Neil Wagner and Jimmy Neesham, former national coach John Bracewell and former Blackcaps allrounder Jacob Oram.
Veteran broadcaster Peter Williams turns back the clock, returning to cricket commentary for the first time in nearly 30 years.
"I couldn't be prouder of the stellar team we have put together to front our live commentary on Magic Talk and Rova this season," says Mediaworks group content director Leon Wratt.
The season kicks off next Friday with the opening T20 international against West Indies. Magic Talk will provide live, ball-by-ball audio across 31 frequencies, as well as the Rova app.
