Standout goalkeeper Oli Sail has been rewarded with a two-year contract extension at the A-League club.
The 25-year-old stopper has started 16 consecutive games, after replacing All Whites No.1 Stefan Marinovic between the sticks for the Phoenix.
Sail, who had played just eight games since the 2016 season, has had a breakout season, conceding just seven goals in the last eight games, while also playing a big part in a late push for the playoffs.
"Oli has been great for us this season and he's earned his place in the starting XI, thanks to his hard work and determination," Phoenix coach Ufuk Talay says.
"He's a big personality on the team and the energy he brings is important for us. His teammates feed off of it and they have confidence knowing he's behind them in goal."
Sail injured a rib in the 2-2 draw with league leaders Melbourne City on Sunday, but appears to be on track to start the home clash against Western United on Saturday afternoon.
