Dallin Watene-Zelezniak has become the third NZ Warriors player to cop a suspension following the gritty two-point win against Cronulla Sharks on Saturday.
The Kiwis captain will miss this weekend's clash against the Canterbury Bulldogs in Brisbane, for a grade-one contract conduct offence.
The Warriors winger was ruled to have kneed Sharks centre Will Chambers in the head during a 42nd-minute play the ball.
Chambers was the centre of several frustrating moments for the Warriors in the 18-16 win, bating Kane Evans, Matt Lodge and Watene-Zelezniak in separate incidents.
Both Evans (punching) and Lodge (careless tackle) have accepted one and two-match bans respectively and will be joined on the sideline by the former Bulldogs and Panthers star.
Watene-Zelezniak insisted he had no ill intent towards Chambers and that the incident was an accident, but his carry-over points (40) were enough for him to receive a suspension.
The Warriors are an outside chance of making the playoffs, but must win their final four games of the season, starting with the Bulldogs this weekend.
The Auckland club will finish their season against the Gold Coast Titans, with games to come against the Canberra Raiders and Brisbane Broncos.
