Kia ora, good evening and welcome to Newshub's live updates of the Twenty20 Black Clash, from Mt Maunganui's Bay Oval.
Once again we're in for another entertaining fixture between these two sides, as the Black Clash heads to the Mount for the first time.
Two more all-star teams will line up against each other tonight, with no shortage of sporting quality on offer.
Team Cricket, naturally, enter as favourites, and this year have added none other than Shane Bond to their ranks, while Olympic shot putter Tom Walsh will take the field as a wild card player.
Team Rugby meanwhile return with the likes of former All Blacks captains Kieran Read and Richie McCaw, with former Blackcaps captain Brendon McCullum also suiting up against his former cricketing cohorts.
A full house is expected tonight, with in excess of 10,000 tickets sold.
