Eight more athletes have been named to represent New Zealand at next month's Beijing Winter Olympics, taking the total Kiwi contingent to 14.
Fresh from his World Cup silver medal in France, 19-year-old Ben Barclay's selection for his first Winter Olympics has been confirmed.
At just 16, freeski halfpipe competitor Gustav Legnavsky is the youngest Kiwi competitor named for Beijing, and will join Ben Harrington, 20, and Miguel Porteous, 22, in the event.
The trio join medal favourite Nico Porteous as men's freeski halfpipe hopefuls.
In the women's freeski halfpipe, Chloe McMillan, 21, and Anja Barugh, 22, will also travel to Beijing.
The duo of Tiarn Collins, 22, and Cool Wakushima, 19, will both compete in the snowboard slopestyle and big air, joining medal favourite Zoi Sadowski-Synott.
Alice Robinson, Margaux Hackett and Finn Bilous make up the balance of the NZ snow sports team, with speed skater Peter Michael the final New Zealander already named.
"It is fantastic to have eight additional snow sports athletes selected to the team today", says Snow Sports NZ chief executive Nic Cavanagh.
"These athletes have worked exceptionally hard in a challenging environment and I couldn't be more pleased for them.
"We are sending an incredibly strong team to Beijing and I'm really looking forward to seeing them in action on the world's biggest stage."
The Beijing Winter Olympics begin on February 4.
