Kiwi Steven Adams has compiled a near 'triple double' to help Memphis Grizzlies overcome Orlando Magic 135-115, as they continued their NBA surge through the Western Conference.
The centre produced a balanced statistical performance of 12 points, 11 rebounds and eight assists to complement a 33-point scoring outburst from All-Star guard Ja Morant, with seven Grizzlies players scoring in double figures. Guard Cole Anthony led the Magic with 22 points.
The result represents the fifth win in six games for Memphis, who now sit third in the conference standings, behind Phoenix Suns and Golden State Warriors, with a 37-18 record.
They face Los Angeles Clippers (27-27) on Wednesday (NZ time).
