Melie Kerr has led the White Ferns to a three-wicket win in the second one-day international against India at Queenstown on Tuesday.
Faced with a daunting target of 271, Kerr blasted a masterful and unbeaten 119 off 135 - including seven boundaries - to guide the hosts to victory.
Kerr combined with Maddy Green (52) to put on a fourth-wicket partnership of 128 runs, before Brooke Haliday and sister Jess Kerr joined her for crucial cameos to secure the win.
The result puts the White Ferns up 2-0 in the five-game series and is another encouraging performance, as they build towards the World Cup on home soil next month.
Captain Sophie Devine was the pick of the NZ bowlers, finishing with two wickets at the expense of 42 runs through her eight overs.
The third match of the series takes place in Queenstown on Saturday.
