Kiwi Liam Lawson has finished second in the season-opening Formula Two feature race in Bahrain on Monday (NZ time).
Coming on the back of his third-place finish in the sprint race on Sunday, the result moves Lawson into second place in the overall driver standings.
Starting sixth on the grid, Lawson pushed winner Theo Pourchaire right to the finish line in the 31-lap race, with the Frenchman holding on to claim the top of the podium and driver standings - one point ahead of Lawson.
Fellow Kiwi Marcus Armstrong battled his way from 13th on the grid to finish in fifth place.
The competition now moves to Jeddah in Saudi Arabia for round two next weekend.
