Jazz Tevaga will mark his 100th NRL match by starting at hooker against St George Dragons at Sydney on Saturday.
Regular rake Wayde Egan is still recovering from the calf injury which saw him scratched late from the clash with South Sydney Rabbitohs at Brisbane last weekend, opening the door for utility Tevaga to again don the No. 9 jersey.
In more encouraging injury news, second-row standout Euan Aitken reclaims his starting spot, after missing the loss to the Rabbitohs due to a concussion suffered the round prior against the Sharks.
Half Chanel Harris-Tavita also has a chance of returning to the field, after rupturing his testicle during the record-breaking defeat to the Storm on Anzac Day.
Harris-Tavita has been named on the extended bench, alongside centre Jesse Arthars, who's also working his way back from injury.
After making his long-awaited return off the bench - despite being originally named to start - against South Sydney, Tohu Harris is in line to rejoin the run-on side, named in the No. 12 jersey.
The backline remains unchanged from the match against the Bunnies.
The Dragons currently sit one place below the Warriors in 12th on the NRL ladder. The teams last met in the opening round of the 2022 season, when the Dragons prevailed 28-16.
Both sides are out to avoid a third straight defeat, with the Sydneysiders coming off a golden point loss to Gold Coast Titans in last weekend's 'magic round'.
